The Traveling Physio Policy
We are passionate about delivering the best in clinical care for all our clients. In order to make sure we are able to achieve our goals, there are some important aspects of treatment that need be discussed.
In order to continue to provide the best, most up to date care available, we attend various seminars and conferences that can sometimes limit our availability. To keep your progress on schedule, we will attempt to provide you with appointments convenient for you during those times or provide another highly qualified clinician to continue your care.
Remember that healing and recovery takes time and not everyone heals/recovers at the same rate. If at any time during your care, you do not feel that you are responding as well as expected, we would ask that you discuss this with us. We want you to get the most from your care with us and its important that we have an open communication to facilitate the best results.
At The Traveling Physio we love when our patients or clients refer others to us – it’s the greatest compliment we can get and it allows us the opportunity to help more people! Special discounts and benefits will be awarded those who refer their family and friends to The Traveling Physio.
Fees for private patients are due at the time of service. Payment is accepted in cash, cheque or bank transfer.
The Traveling Physio strives to provide clinical services to our patients and clients in a manner that best suits your recovery and enables you to receive the best results. We recommend that you organise your sessions in advance to avoid disappointment and save time in your rehabilitation as our session times and availability are limited.
We understand that times that are convenient at one stage during your rehabilitation may suddenly not be convenient later on. Therefore, if an appointment time must be changed we request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule otherwise you may be charged part of or the full fee for that session – we have limited times available and sudden cancelations can affect our ability to provide the best clinical care for our patients and clients.
Patients and clients who repeatedly miss or reschedule appointments may be discharged from care as we realise you will not reach your health goals with us and we do not wish to waste your time.
